What is a flower subscription?
Our flower subscriptions are a service where you receive the top quality local flowers from the week (or monthly depending on your subscription choice). It's a convenient way to enjoy fresh flowers from the farm on a regular basis without the hassle of ordering individually each time. Also, it is a wonderful way to support our Minnesota flower farm upfront. It allows us to purchase our seeds, plugs, bulbs, and other annual supplies for the season to get a jump start on growing!
How do your flower subscriptions work?
Each subscription is a little different on when you receive flowers, so please check out the "subscription" tab to find the schedules of each. Once purchased, we will contact you shortly before your first bouquet will be ready for pickup or delivery in Long Prairie, MN.
Can I buy a subscription for a loved one on my behalf?
ABSOLUTELY! This is one of our favorite ways to provide subscriptions. If you aren't in the area, but have a loved one that is, or you simply want to share the gift of fresh flowers on a regular basis, purchasing a subscription for your loved one is highly recommended. :)

On farm pick up is available on our farm at 23210 261st Ave Long Priarie, MN on your given pick up dates which will be communicated to you via email or phone call when the season gets started.
How long does the subscription go for?
Each subscription offers its own schedule. Please check the "subscription" tab to see them all!
Can I choose what goes into my flower subscription?
One of the benefits of being a subscription holder is that you get to enjoy what's blooming from the field FIRST! Subscription holders have TOP PRIORITY! Some weeks I sell out of flowers so ordering individual bouquets isn't always a guarantee. With that, subscription bouquets are created with what is blooming best at the time. Seasonality of blooms is really important to us and the growing conditions of our farm.
Are there any perks to being a subscription holder?
OF COURSE! The first perk is that subscription bouquets hold more blooms than what your paid upfront. Each bouquet comes at $20 with our subscriptions, BUT we arrange $25-$30 value in each bouquet (or more) depending on what's blooming! Also, we offer a free "open farm" to our holders where you can come to the farm one time during the growing season to walk around and enjoy the flowers and PICK YOUR OWN to bring home.
What is a high tunnel?
A high tunnel (or hoop house) is a structure very similar to a greenhouse. However, it is intended for IN GROUND growing, There aren't potted plants or flowers in this structure, rather plants growing in the ground for cut flower use under the control of a tunnel. It is also not heated unlike most greenhouses in our area.
How big is your high tunnel?
Our structure is 30' x 96' and allows us to grow SIX rows of flowers (and tomatoes).
What do you grow in your high tunnel?
There are many different varieties that love growing under a high tunnel. Here in Minnesota, this space will best be utilized in early spring and late fall to extend our growing season here in Long Prairie, MN for more blooms. It works great for tulips, ranunculus, lisianthus, stock, dahlias, celosia, and more!
Do you grow all year round in it?
We DO NOT grow year round. We can start planting out flower seedlings in March and expect our first flowers in April. Our last local flowers of the season are dahlias, strawflower, and celosia which will bloom in September and October. We take a much need break between October and March.

What will be at your farmstand?
When do you offer on farm U-Picks?
Will will be offering U PICKS for the 2024 growing season! Specific dates will be posted as the season gets closer.
How long do you picks take?
They can last as long or short as you'd like them too. Our flower field is a little less than an acre. If you wish to walk through every flower variety and walkway or are more than welcome too! Others know exactly what they want to pick and go quickly. On average I'd say an UPICK experience last 30-60 minutes.
Do I need to bring my own vase or buckets to U-Picks?
Our farm will provide everything you need for supplies for your upick experience. HOWEVER, we are a working farm, please wear appropriate foot wear and clothes when coming to pick!
How long will my flowers last?
What I love most about local flowers is their quality! Each variety of flower has it's own vase life, but most flowers will last you over a week if you properly snip the stems and clean the water of your vase on a regular basis!
